他們不注重這個對立立場且對不可靠的錯誤更不予理會，就是對的很假拉，而且他們否認他們的錯誤和偷偷摸摸地宣稱消息可靠無誤，藉此來使國家蒙羞且詆毀國家憲法，而這個國家和憲法是以各式各樣的自我糾正機制運作堅信即使是最聰明的人有時也犯錯，以及精確地說是被建立用來應對當他們(聰明的人)發現挫賽之後他們(聰明的人)還是有補救的餘地

【GRE英文筆記】Plans to condone noise pollution

Public officials recently announced plans to condone noise pollution in parts of the downtown. Aside from citing the usual costs of enforcing ordinances, the city also referenced reports indicating that residents had become inured to the hubbub, a finding that, for the most part, is not incompatible with the dearth of media coverage on the issue—when a municipality is responsible for disgruntled citizens, the newspapers are sure to follow up with a flurry of coverage.

政府官員近期宣布在城市一些區域放寬噪音汙染的計畫。此城市(的官員)除了引述這些執行法令的常態性花費之外，也參考了隱射居民對喧鬧無感的報導，發現對大部分而言，居民對喧鬧無感的報導反映了媒體在噪音議題上不加以著墨的事實，換句話說就是當市政擾名時，新聞傳媒一定窮追事件所涵蓋的騷動

The government has no choice but to heed the incessant demands for land reform, and yet any governmental action that initiated land reform without requisite attention to agrarian reform would compromise the overall goal of economic modernization.

政府沒別的辦法選了，只能不斷的把重心放在土地重劃的需求上，但是對於任何那些沒把必要的關注放在農業重劃上就著手土改的政府行動來說，可能會毀了有關經濟現代化上的所有目標
